Scott Roberts
Scott was born in Colorado and raised in many states in the USA as well as spending part of his high school years in northern Italy. He graduated from Colorado State with a Civil Engineering degree and married Jen in 1996. When their girls were 3, 2, and 3 months they moved to Zambia to work at a bush hospital. Upon returning to the USA in 2002, he worked with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship in Colorado Springs on two campuses and began taking seminary classes. Two more boys were born to them during this time. In 2006, he completed an M.A. in Theology from Fuller Theological Seminary.
In 2007, he received a call to pastor a Christian Reformed Church in Bellingham, Washington, where they served for 18 years. They adopted three children while at their former church, bringing their quiver to eight. His passion for the persecuted church and prayer grew during these years.
In 2025, Trinity Park Church called Scott to pastor here and they moved across the country and began serving in our community on Easter Sunday 2026. Scott loves cultural diversity, gospel proclamation, and good conversations about life. He enjoys walking in nature and spending time outdoors.
